Welcome to vm4.me. By using our website, services, or virtual machines, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using vm4.me.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using vm4.me or purchasing any of our virtual machine services (“VMs”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

vm4.me provides access to virtual servers and computing resources. You are responsible for how your VM is used — including any software, data, or network activity that originates from your instance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice.

All services are subject to the acceptable use policies of our upstream infrastructure providers, including Hetzner Online GmbH. Violation of their policies may result in suspension or termination of your VM without refund.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our services. By using vm4.me, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

4. Account & Billing

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information in your WHMCS client account.
• Services are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your VM.
• vm4.me reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited email
• Hosting or distributing copyrighted or illegal material
• DDoS attacks, port scanning, or abuse of other networks
• Crypto mining (unless explicitly allowed)
• Any activity that violates applicable law or regulations
• Hosting or distributing pornographic or adult content of any kind

6. Resource Usage

Each VM has fixed CPU, memory, and bandwidth limits. Abuse of resources that impacts others may result in throttling or suspension.

7. Backups & Data

vm4.me does not guarantee automatic backups. You are responsible for keeping backups of your data. Loss of data due to user actions, software bugs, or server failure is not covered under any warranty.

8. Refund Policy

• Refunds may be considered within 48 hours of purchase for new orders only, at our discretion.
• No refunds for abuse, ToS violations, or prepaid renewals.
• Chargebacks or disputes may result in permanent account closure.

9. Limitation of Liability

vm4.me is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall vm4.me or its owners be liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from use of our services. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.

10. Privacy

Our servers are located in the European Union and comply with GDPR requirements. We collect only data necessary for billing and service operation and never sell or share personal data unless required by law.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive activity, or fail to pay. You may cancel anytime through your WHMCS client portal.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
